After all, it’s been a real journey of discovery – I’ve learned a lot about myself, and as much as I’d like to say I was the same person before as I am now, I’m not. I’m confident, happy, and far more relaxed than I’ve ever been – and my focus has changed completely. All of the ways I’ve changed, though, have been for the better – not just in how I look, but in how I feel, how I think, how I cope with stress (something I have a lot of!)
I feel like a whole person now, and I’m living my life to the full in a way I never did before – so I’m hoping this blog can put some of my newfound positivity into the world for other people to use!

Workout Of The Day...
It’s Monday, it’s 6.45am, it’s -5 degrees C outside…time to beast some sprints! However, dodging the obvious ground frost and black ice did spice things up a bit. Also, gloves and knee high compression socks were required. Good start to the day/week.
Warm Up:
-light stretch, and
-1km road run.
Sprint Workout:
-150m uphill sprint/150m downhill jog x ?? (didn’t count but was defo 8 or more).
Warm Down:
-1km road run.
Cindy WOD x 5:
-5 x pull ups, 10 x press ups, 150m x squats (completed in 3mins 55secs).
Circuits (5 mins each):
(i) running man 30 secs, star jump 15 secs, static sprints 15 secs
(with hand weights),
(ii) each minute 10 burpees, 10 half burpees, static jog.
Finish:
-stretch.
