After all, it’s been a real journey of discovery – I’ve learned a lot about myself, and as much as I’d like to say I was the same person before as I am now, I’m not. I’m confident, happy, and far more relaxed than I’ve ever been – and my focus has changed completely. All of the ways I’ve changed, though, have been for the better – not just in how I look, but in how I feel, how I think, how I cope with stress (something I have a lot of!)
I feel like a whole person now, and I’m living my life to the full in a way I never did before – so I’m hoping this blog can put some of my newfound positivity into the world for other people to use!

Weight loss starts with RIGHT mind
Weight loss starts with the RIGHT mind. You have to want it. You have to visualize it. You have to see yourself achieving things, losing weight and getting a nice body. If you are angry with yourself and if you hate yourself you will NEVER reach the place you want to reach.
Once we start visualizing ourselves achieving our goals; once we start writing our goals down; once we start BELIEVING in ourselves - we will achieve RESULTS.
It's not a pair of dumbells that should come first; it's the POSITIVE attitude. Once you have a right set of mind and you feel ready to embrace your journey you can start applying fitness principles to your life. Once you have the goals WRIITEN ON A PAPER you will feel more determined and MOTIVATED. You should always believe in yourself - and that belief must be strong. Reach to become a better version of yourself and you will!
Embrace your challenges; see going to the gym as something amazing that you are doing to your body; see nice and healthy foods as right fuel for your body! You DO NOT HAVE to eat take aways and fried greasy food just because your colleagues at work do that - YOU DON'T!!! Do not be afraid to be different!!!
You know what separates athletes from us, humans? :) It's their mindset - it's their belief that they are the best and that they can achieve best things using their own bodies and their minds. We all are athletes in our own right and if we start loving ourselves and loving our bodies we can achieve things; we can lose weight and we can feel better!
Here's to POWERFUL MIND! MIND THAT CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING!
Have a good day everyone!
