Valentines Protein Flapjacks
Happy Valentines guys!

So here's a simple recipe that will keep your girlfriend happy and healthy for Valentines. Instead of pigging out on chocolate start your V day with these babies!

Ingredients:

2oog Peanut butter
8 Tablespoons of honey
80g rolled oats
4 scoops of whey protein powder

Put the honey and peanut butter in a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds, mix in the rest of the ingredients, smooth out into heart shaped molds and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Done!

You can use any type of whey protein powder but I use Reflex mint chocolate, goes down a treat!

High in protein, healthy fats and slow release carbs so ideal for a cereal bar alternative or an afternoon snack.
