At Urban fitness we believe in safe productive workouts this is why you will find the best and most practical resistance equipment available, equipment designed to give results not injuries, we also have a large range of other functional equipment including kettlebells, medicine balls, core balls, balance boards, step boxes etc.
Private studio
Urban fitness also has a spacious seperate mirrored training studio which can be hired by the hour. The studio can and has been used for personal training or classes such as Yoga, Pilates, circuit training, Boxercise, bag and pad work, all types of dance etc.
