Gerald Smith is a swimming teacher, sports performance coach and Personal trainer. His sports background consists of competing in boxing and rowing, so the step into personal training was natural for him. He has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years and the combination of his academic qualifications, sports background and his knowledge of swimming has placed him in a unique position to work with Triathletes, improver level swimmers and clients seeking weight loss.
