I took the decision to qualify initially to provide practical help and advice to my wife who suffered with a back injury following a car accident in August 2003. I have since developed this expertise and have been offering a personal training service to individuals and organisations, incorporating advice on lifestyle, weight management, body building and nutrition.
Working with Stroud District Council under their ‘Healthy Workplace Scheme’ as Lifestyle Champion has allowed me to work with a number of selected local companies in order to carry out one-to-one lifestyle checks on their employees.
