Healthy Food and Exercise - or 'Give it to 'em til they're breathless'

I've been thinking about what it is about PT that works for people. I know, I know I've got years of experience in PT so you'd think I'd know right ?

Well I think, that you have to keeep asking yourself, keep checking you haven'tbeen consumed with habit or your own ego, make sure you're still learning. I've been thinking about people that go looking for and get seduced by either the latest workout or food thing - I'm not saying that the latest one doesn't nescessarily work really well, only that we all already know that good food and regular exercise will get you the reuslt you want, so why would reading a differnt variation on that be a revelation - or is it just an insporation poeple are looking for, I'm not trying to condescend the 'suspension of reason' that takes plavce when we taken in by something that excites us - quite the opposite - that's human nature, we get bored easy, so I was thinking about that and being a personal tariner when I wrote this blog post - follow the link to my website / blog.
