Fitness Challenge


I started this challenge to raise money for charity on January 1st. The aim is to shift some significant excess poundage and significantly improve my fitness and body over the course of the year. I've got off to a positive start and already shifted quite a few pounds, suffering a bit of a setback at the moment because I'm laid up with a chest infection, but hopefully the drugs will soon kick in and I can get back to it. If anyone can offer support or advice it would all be gratefully received!
