Creakyfitness

Sport has always been an integral part of my life. I have been passionate about bike racing and middle distance running since the age of eleven.  Furthermore, I developed a liking for weight training during my early twenties which has continued unabated until this day. It is this passion for good health and exercise, plus a need to share my knowledge that drives my desire to help clients achieve their goals.

I have been helping people train for the past 20 years and I have a track record of helping others realise their potential and achieve their goals. Learning how to train with weights and incorporate this into a specific fitness programme has been hugely influential on my own personal well being and physiology.
